Heading into the fourth quarter of 2024, a variety of macroeconomic factors foretold a breakout year in health care M&A in 2025. But then inflation ticked up three consecutive months, Trump’s election brought forth the possibility of tariffs, and wage growth surged to its highest level in six months.  In response, the Fed revised its anticipated number of interest rate cuts in 2025 from four to one, at least temporarily upending the possibility of a more favorable interest rate environment.  So, what does this mean for M&A activity in 2025? Will growing levels of unspent private equity capital be enough to force PE back to the table? How might the new administration’s agenda alter the landscape?  And what’s on the horizon in behavioral health that could make all the macroeconomic developments moot?  In this session, we’ll discuss where things stand at the moment and how this may impact your strategic thinking over the next 12-24 months.

Staffing and reimbursement are major challenges faced by healthcare providers today. In the current dynamic healthcare environment, hiring and retaining top-quality talent for efficient RCM operations is critical. This panel will discuss how AI and Automation offer innovative solutions to handle these complexities efficiently.
