The company partners with about 20 health insurers to provide in-network behavioral health services across the state.

Meanwhile, CBH provides psychiatry and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and Gelbart and Associates offers outpatient psychiatry and psychotherapy services.

The acquisitions allows Community Psychiatry Management to add six new outpatient offices, in addition to eight psychiatrists, 18 therapists, and six psychologists. New locations include Calabasas, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Torrance, Redondo Beach and Palos Verdes.
